There are three ways to travel to Falls Creek, you can go by air, coach or self-drive. By air you must fly to Melbourne or Albury and connect with one of the many available coach services. But if you prefer to travel on your own and see the sights in your own time then self-driving is the perfect way to explore the High Country. Once you have reached the base township of Mount Beauty you are only 40 minutes away from the largest Victorian alpine Resort. You will have to pay a resort entry fee which applies to all vehicles and this can be done on arrival. If you continue on into the range you will come to Mount Hotham which is known as Australia’s premier ski resort.
