Mount Buffalo is just a four hour drive from Melbourne where all of the major airlines from the other capital cities fly into. From Melbourne you have a choice of either travelling by car or going by bus to Mount Buffalo. You can easily hire your own car if you don't already have one to self drive the whole crew to your destination, but please don’t forget your snow chains and attach them when designated. Simply travel along the Hume Highway and Great Alpine Road following all the signs to Mount Buffalo. All of the major bus companies run services to the slope for your convenience making easy for you to secure your seat on one.
